Chibuzor Ekwekwo
Board Chairman
Chibuzor Ekwekwo has about 24 years law practice experience, both as a litigator at the beginning and in the last ten years as a corporate and consulting attorney. He has extensive experience in regulatory reforms and corporate management in Nigeria, and in supporting the work of many international agencies, public bodies, private companies and civil society organizations as well delivering extensive advisory projects providing law reform and institutional development guidance for National and sub-national governments, and civil society organizations. He has good knowledge of national and international anti-corruption systems. Chibuzo holds an MBA Management Degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Anti-Corruption Studies and works out of the Abuja Office. He is an American Certified PPP practitioner and also holds an MSC in public procurement management for sustainable development from Turin University Italy. He is a member of the Governing Board of Rhema University.

Obiora Chukwumba is a multifaceted media professional with proven track records in newspaper and magazine production, wire reporting, broadcast content production and film regulation. He studied Mass Communication at the Institute of Management & Technology, IMT, Enugu. He holds an M.Sc also in Mass Communication from Benue State University, Makurdi and a PhD in Media Arts from the University of Abuja. His media career started with the African Concord.

Lilian Chisara Ekeanyanwu, a seasoned attorney-at-law with over 23 years of legal practice, holds a Master’s in Counter Fraud and Corruption Studies and is a distinguished alumna of the Les Aspin Center for Government, Marquette University. As a former Director at the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) and Head of the Technical Unit on Governance and Anti-Corruption Reforms (TUGAR), she has made significant contributions to the anti-corruption landscape in Nigeria. Currently serving as an Anti-Corruption Consultant with the UNODC and a Technical Advisor with the Macarthur Foundation, she continues to shape the discourse on governance and transparency.
